These services are owned and operated by SKILLHUB FZCO IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which may be updated from time to time.

At getcustomessays.com (“GetCustomEssays”), we aim to be a reliable academic platform, connecting customers with education professionals to help every customer reach their academic potential. Our website helps customers find the right experts, while experts can understand customer needs, deliver services, and get paid securely.

By clicking “Accept,” selecting a similar checkbox, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or services.

Definitions

  • Website: Refers to getcustomessays.com, its mobile version, and mobile app.
  • Customer: Refers to any individual using the Website to place orders or make payments.
  • Content: All materials (text, media, software, etc.) available through the Website.
  • Expert: A freelance professional engaged to provide services to customers.
  • Messaging System: Platform for direct communication between Customers, Experts, and Support.
  • Order: A request for a paid service submitted by a Customer.
  • Personal Balance: Funds in your account that haven’t been allocated to a specific order.
  • Order Balance: Funds assigned to a particular Order.
  • Escrow: A financial arrangement that ensures mutual fulfillment of obligations before releasing funds.
  • Service: All academic support services provided through the Website.
  • Product: Final deliverable created by an Expert to assist academic learning. Not to be submitted as original work.
  • Product Revision: Request for changes based on initial Order instructions.
  • Quality Assurance Department: Reviews disputes and verifies the quality of delivered work.
  • Support Team: Internal customer service team.

General Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that:

  • You agree to our Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Code of Conduct.
  • You are at least 16 years old or have a legal guardian’s permission.
  • You will only use the Website and Services for lawful and personal purposes.

Registration

To place an Order, you must register an account via email or social logins (Facebook, Gmail, Apple ID). You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We do not verify or guarantee expert credentials.

Order Placement

  • Submit an Order via the website form.
  • Include full, final, and accurate details to ensure correct delivery.
  • Orders require upfront payment before processing begins.
  • Word counts must match the ordered amount.
  • PowerPoint slides: ~135 words per slide.
  • Delayed provision of sources may affect price and deadline.

Deadlines for source submission:

  • 12–24 hrs: Within 30 mins
  • 24–72 hrs: Within 1 hr
  • 72+ hrs: 24 hrs before deadline

If Order details change or expand after confirmation, additional payment may be required.

Communication

We recommend using the Messaging System or Support Team for updates. Experts may not always respond immediately.

You can view Order progress in your account dashboard.

Customers may request a specific Expert by ID or name, though availability isn’t guaranteed.

Do not send illegal, harmful, or offensive materials to Experts.

Payments & Discounts

  • All payments must be made in USD.
  • Currency conversions may result in additional bank fees.
  • Services begin only after full payment is confirmed.
  • You may pay with your Personal Balance or supported cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, JCB, etc.).
  • A service fee may apply, based on complexity or urgency (non-refundable unless otherwise stated).
  • Enter promo codes before placing your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing and fees without notice.
  • Change or remove services at any time.
  • Launch new services with associated charges.

All price changes only apply to future orders. Any applicable taxes or foreign transaction fees are your responsibility.

Direct Interactions

We do not intervene in Customer–Expert interactions except in the following cases:

  • To ensure compliance with these Terms;
  • To improve our Services;
  • When required by our Refund Policy.

You understand that our Services are designed to support learning and academic development—not academic dishonesty. You agree never to ask Experts to complete academic work on your behalf, such as writing assignments, taking quizzes, or engaging in any misconduct that violates your school or institution’s academic policies.

Third-Party Payment Processors

GetCustomEssays uses third-party services (“Payment Processors”) to handle transactions. By using our Services, you agree to the Payment Processor’s privacy policy and terms.

You represent and warrant that:

  • Your account, order, and payment details are accurate and current;
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • You will cover all charges, including applicable taxes;
  • Your payment method will honor all transactions;
  • You will not share your account or credentials;
  • You will report any unauthorized use immediately.

We are not liable for any misuse of your payment method by third parties.

Order Delivery

Orders are delivered by the deadline set in the Order form.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct and able to receive the completed Product. We are not liable for delivery failures due to wrong email addresses, spam filters, or connectivity issues beyond our control.

Products are delivered through the “Completed Orders” section of your account. You will be notified in-app and via email once your Product is ready for download.

Please review your Order thoroughly. Once full payment has been released to the Expert, the Product is considered completed. If no revision is requested within 8 days after delivery, payment is automatically released to the Expert.

Order Revision

We offer free revisions under the following conditions:

  • Request is submitted within 14 days for Orders under 10 pages/slides/tasks;
  • Within 30 days for Orders over 10 pages/slides/tasks;
  • The request does not contradict the original Order instructions.

Revision requests must be submitted through the Messaging System or to [email protected].

Late revision requests may require a fee or placing a new Editing Order. We may refuse revisions if they are unreasonable or appear to exploit the Expert.

All Products are for personal, educational use only. You may not publish, reproduce, or submit them as your own. The Company retains full IP rights until payment is finalized. We recommend creating a new document if using any part of the Product for reference.

Account Suspension and Deletion

You can delete your account anytime via your Account Settings. Once deactivated, your account enters a 14-day grace period. After this period, your data is permanently removed.

GetCustomEssays may suspend or delete accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms;
  • Multiple/fake accounts;
  • Incomplete or misleading registrations;
  • Prolonged inactivity.

We may retain some data (e.g., order history) if required by law, for fraud prevention, or for accounting purposes.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, it will remain suspended until resolved at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All materials on getcustomessays.com—including text, images, videos, logos, and software—are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Warranties

  • Payments cover Expert time, research, and system maintenance—not ownership of work.
  • You agree not to reuse or distribute the Product without permission.
  • IP rights transfer only after full payment.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for third-party issues, technical malfunctions, or reliance on content found on the Website.

We do not warrant or verify the credentials of any Expert.

If you are an Expert:

  • You confirm your legal eligibility to offer educational services;
  • You agree to complete the work professionally and on time;
  • You allow the platform to showcase your work or profile (e.g., in promotional material) without compensation;
  • You agree to comply with all relevant laws.

Website Content

The Website is a user-driven platform. We are not liable for typographical errors or outdated information.

You may copy or download Website content under these conditions:

  • All copyright and trademark notices remain intact.

Investigations

Relationship Between the Parties

Using our Services does not create an employer–employee relationship between GetCustomEssays and any Expert. Experts are independent contractors and work under these Terms.

GetCustomEssays is not responsible for taxes, withholdings, or employment benefits such as unemployment insurance or social security. Each Expert independently determines how to fulfill an Order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing Expert profiles, experience, and feedback to choose the most suitable provider.

Feedback

You acknowledge that GetCustomEssays may request feedback, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”) to improve our Services.

By submitting Feedback, you grant GetCustomEssays a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content for any purpose, including advertising and product improvement—without obligation to compensate or credit you.

Submitting Feedback does not limit our ability to use similar or related ideas developed internally or received from other sources.

Limits

Both Customers and Experts agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws (privacy, IP, anti-spam, tax, etc.);
  • Provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date information;
  • Use the Website and Services in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner.

GetCustomEssays may suspend or terminate any account found in breach of these standards with or without prior notice.

Experts agree not to manipulate pricing in dishonest ways while providing services.

Notifications

Unless otherwise noted, GetCustomEssays will communicate with you via email. By using our Services, you agree that email notifications satisfy any legal communication requirements. You are considered notified once an email is sent to your provided address or when a notice is posted on our Website.

Keep your contact details up to date. If we don’t receive a response within 2 business days to an email regarding violations or disputes, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

  • You are not on any restricted party list;

Severability
